| Research Projects: Nanowires: A Study of Common Materials and Methods of Nanowire Fabrication The physics, materials, applications of nanowire and the effect of deposition time on the growth of silicon nanowires by the VLS method was researched. Silicon nanowires were synthesized on a silicon substrate using Au catalyst and the average diameters and lengths of the nanowires are determined. Research of Prosthetic Implant with Nanotechnology Applications A detail process flow was developed for the use of biocompatibility coatings used in prosthetic Implant was completed. This involved research on the materials and techniques and how nanotechnology can be applied to implants. |
